My mental and holistic health is equally as important as my physical health.  I know and understand how valuable it is to receive reflexology and I am so fortunate to experience the joy of giving this gift to others.

Taking great care of your health and wellbeing is essential.  I apply this approach to all areas of my life, not just to the things I eat and drink.  I really do practice what I preach.

If you would like to experience the benefits of Reflexology or Indian head massage I would love for you to contact me or alternatively, you can view a list of treatment options and book an appointment here.

Your Feet Are Your Body's Connection With The Earth

A Reflexologist will seek to restore flow, balance and harmony.

Reflexology is an ancient holistic treatment which has been practiced for thousands of years by Egyptians, Chinese, Native American, Mayan and Incan cultures. A complimentary therapy based on the principle that all the systems of the body are mapped out in reflex points on the feet, hands and ears.

Lisa is trained In Reflexology of the feet, hands and ears

An ancient complimentary therapy based on the principle that all the systems of the body are mapped out in reflex points on the feet, hands and ears. The qi (chee) energy flowing through our body can cause imbalance when we are stressed.

Symptoms are the body’s best way of communicating it’s response to an imbalanced situation! Focussing on the pressure points in the feet, hands and ears using specific thumb and finger walking techniques a reflexologist can stimulate the nerve endings in the feet.  During a treatment the stimulation of the nerve endings gently assists with balancing the qi energy and helps the body into an induced state of relaxation and harmony.

Did you know we have 26 bones in each foot which equates to one-quarter of the bones in the human body? And, there are over 7,000 nerve endings in each foot? Our feet are very important but are often thought of as ‘just feet’.  They carry us every single day and work so very hard, we need to care for and look after them.
